Health & Fitness Manager - Great Dunmow leisure centre

We are recruiting for a Health & Fitness Manager who is qualified and dedicated to ensuring the operational excellence of our fitness facilities & programmes so that we deliver high levels of customer service, retention and satisfaction.   

With at least 12 months experience, you’d lead a team of instructors who ensure that all fitness and exercise facilities are open, clean and safe and all equipment monitored and maintained, as set out in 1Life’s quality management system.  Motivating the team will also be key to delivering a great customer experience. You’ll be expected to manage a budget & achieve financial targets set by the General Manager, as well as grow and develop group exercise programme, personal training and other revenue streams. 

Your skills experience should include business management, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and being organised. We’d enlist your help in promoting the latest innovations at the Centre and you’d need to be flexible, proactive and focused on getting the fitness facilities thriving with customers.
