From when a guest comes through our front door to their perfect goodbye, including Reception and the restaurant, you'll take a hands-on approach to orchestrating the Ground Floor team and enabling a culture of excellence, whilst also supporting the management team in delivering our business goals and objectives. You'll inspire your team to exceed our guest's expectations, while also sharing ideas and knowledge with your colleagues. You'll also look for more opportunities to improve performance and maximize efficiency by proactively engaging and talking to guests and your team wherever possible.
You'll be a future leader who is career minded and who wants to develop. You'll also be able to demonstrate how you have delivered results and success, are guest driven and can bring a positive approach to problem solving.
