Food and Beverage Manager


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute campaigns including Local Store Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations and Outdoor activities.
  • Integrate multiple campaigns consistently across all media and departments.
  • Maintain good working relationship and coordination with Operations team, Purchasing and New Product Development team with a view to ensure proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company’s short and long terms sales and profit growth objectives.
  • Liaise with international stakeholders and investors (from time to time at board level) on all aspects of the campaign strategy and maintain knowledge and experience of Thai culinary developments to support UK team to ensure consistency in product knowledge in line with the company’s various Thai culinary projects.
  • Liaise with advertising agency, creative house, media agency, production suppliers, food supply company and other major business partners
  • Provide pre-campaign analysis and post-campaign performance report on monthly and quarterly basis to Managing Director, Marketing Director and key stakeholders and investors in UK and internationally.

Candidate Requirements and Experience

  • Required experience and qualifications
  • Must have good knowledge of Thai and South-Eastern cuisine and experience of working in a development support capacity in a similar environment.
  • Must have exceptional stakeholder management experience and good understanding of different working cultures when it comes to liaising with our international stakeholders and investors.
  • Strong understanding Thai cuisine and the market in which the company and its investors operate.
  • Experience liaising with key stakeholders and partners in a support capacity, and knowledge and understanding of accurate brand representation.
  • Good communication skills and tenacity to be able to chase people for work and resolve problems quickly.
  • Proactive with drive enthusiasm to make things better, simpler and cheaper.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure follow through of all activities and experience of delivering objectives on time and on budget.
  • Ability to resolve day to day issues and develop simple solutions to overcome difficulties and challenges.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Thai.
