Restaurant Manager is required for this award winning privately owned hotel restaurant and bar.
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for organising your team ensuring that standards of service are followed in the Bar and Restaurant to maintain customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
As Restaurant Manager you will be working closely with the General Manager and the Head Chef ensuring clear lines of communication are maintained with all departments attending HOD meetings, suggesting improvements and implementing changes in a concise and organised way, leading by example ensuring that your team is fully trained.
To apply for the Restaurant Manager position you will need to have experience of working in hotels or restaurants ideally be aware of rosette service standards, have knowledge of Wine, Cocktails and Real Ales; whilst having excellent customer and people skills.
As part of your responsibilities you will also be expected to act as duty manager so this is an excellent opportunity to gain extra management experience essential for your career progression.
There is no live in available for this position so would ideally suit anyone living in the Louth, Mablethorpe, Market Rasen, Horncastle or Grimsby area with their own transport if required
Basic salary of upto £22,000 (depending upon experience)
Quarterly Bonus Scheme (for achievable targets)
