Chef de Partie Gastro Pub Bingham Nottinghamshire upto 18K Plus Tips and Live In

Fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work in this amazing Country Dining Pub serving Michelin Bib/ 2 Rosette standard cuisine.

As Chef de Partie you will be working closely with the recently appointed Head Chef as he builds up his team and introduces lots of new dishes onto the menus, you will be trained up in each section using all fresh seasonal ingredients to a very high standard to further enhance their reputation and awards

To apply for this Chef de Partie position you should have previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, ideally in rosette standard restaurants, although this is not essential if you can demonstrate a high level of skill.

As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team assisting with a variety of daily tasks, working in each section to gain good all round experience, part of your duties will be to ensure your section is clean, organised and ready for service.

There is live in available for this position if required but would also suit any applicants living in the Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Bingham, Grantham, Nottingham and possibly Newark area with their own transport.


Excellent Basic Salary of upto £18,000 (depending upon experience)
Share of Staff Tips (average of £2000 p/a)
