We are looking for a personal assistant to work for a leading global fitness company based in Central London. As personal assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the COO and Senior Directors, Responsibilities include:

* Liaising with the Directors and People Leaders to arrange travel, visas, accommodation and transfers through our travel management company
* Arranging overseas appointments for the Directors and People Leaders
* Supporting with the implementation and delivery of multiple projects and launches
* Preparing and producing correspondence, agendas, presentations and confidential papers and reports
* Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments and coordinating the organization of functions, lunches and dinners
* Organizing and attending Board meetings and taking minutes
* Setting up video conferencing, Skype calls and phone conferences
* Editing, proofing and formatting of documents using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Liaising with key clients, suppliers and other global offices
