We are searching for a Duty Supervisor (Wet Side) to join the team over in the Tennis & Health Club in Virginia Water, Surrey to ensure the daily operational delivery of the club and its’ activities while providing the highest level of excellent service at all times.

Wentworth Club is one of the world's finest private members' golf and country clubs and only a short train away from London. Our Tennis and Health Club sets championship standards also in which it incorporates a gym, spa, aerobics studio, tennis courts, swimming pools, crèche and a bistro-style café which exudes a relaxing, fun, family atmosphere.

What we are looking for in our Successful Candidate

Experience and Qualifications:

  • NPLQ Trainer Assessor qualification is essential
  • First Aid at Worked trained
  • A recognised qualification in Leisure eg. BTEC Diploma in hospitality
  • Pool plant Operator Certificate
  • Experience delivering staff training programmes
  • 2yrs + Experience supervising pool operations
  • Recruitment and managing rotas experience required
  • Good knowledge of conducting and managing risk assessments
  • Ability to analyse, review, implement and train Standard Operating Procedures
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety compliance, ensuring that it is adhered to
  • Ability to plan the annual lifeguard budget, ordering managing stock

Personal Specification:

  • Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that a 5* experience is delivered to members and guests 
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility towards working schedule  
  • A team player, with a pro-active and can-do attitude

This role will require working weekends and bank holidays as and when the business requires, however this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to establish themselves within a prestigious organisation that is currently undergoing an exciting multi-million pound refurbishment.
