Run Club London Bootcamp Trainer
Run Club London is London's newest and fast growing provider of outdoor group circuit classes. Combining the variation and fun mentality of an outdoor circuit class with the basic concept of a classic running workout, Run Club offers fun, friendly, up-tempo sessions for beginner and intermediate runner.
Set-up in early 2011, due to it's unique take on the standard running club on top of the current running boom, Run Club has quickly added another 6 locations to the initial flagship group in Wandsworth Park, Putney.
Run Club is completely unique in that it is the only club of it's type in the capital that concentrates on the beginner and intermediate runner who may be looking to expand their training repetoire without having to commit to a standard athletic club.
We are currently on the lookout for enthused, outgoing, personable coaches to help take ownership of one or more of our clubs and get involved with a young company at the very start of an amazing journey.
Whilst the Run Club concept is fairly set, we believe the success of each venue comes down to the leadership and enthusiasm of a great coach and for the reason we are looking only for the best the capital has to offer to help lead this exciting new venture.
We provide training in the initial stages and also continuing support allowing you to learn form our tried and tested methods whilst developing your own unique style. Despite being a running club on a basic level we are not necessarily looking for out and out converted runners and would prefer someone with a good knowledge of basic training as well as the ability to bring in outside influences from other areas of sport.
Personality is the key ingredient and whilst knowledge can be improved though training and support the key characteristics we look for from our coaches are :
Passion for people
Love for training and sharing knowledge
Responsibility and professionalism
Pro-active and motivated mind set
At least one years experience in the industry
In regards to qualifications we are either looking for a qualified personal trainer (REPS3) or and actual coach with the standard 'Leadership in Running Fitness' or greater.
The role is part-time and you will be asked to provide 2-4 sessions a week with the pay starting at £40 per session for the 1st month before the option of joint ownership of the venue and unlimited earning for the right candidate.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to follow their passion, get involved with an established group and member base alongside the potential of heading up their own club with a successful system already in place.
We are looking for key trainer to get on board and get up and running asap, so don't miss out on this great opportunity and send us your CV, plus a covering letter as to why you think you will make the next top 'Run Club' coach.
