Chef de Partie required for this superb Hotel and Leisure complex with a modern Brasserie some Fine Dining, private dining and special event catering. It is a popular wedding venue serving upto 400 guests at the weekend.
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients ideally in a hotel but this is not essential if you have good experience
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of team assisting with a variety of daily tasks, supervising and training Commis Chefs and making sure your section is organised and ready for service
Live in is available for this position if required but it may also suit anyone living in the Basingstoke, Andover, Newbury, Reading or possibly Farnborough area with their own transport
Excellent Basic Salary upto £18,000 (Depending upon experience)
