Sous Chef - Quality Venue - Monday to Friday

Working for this quality venue, they are seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join their brigade.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within quality restaurants or hotels or clubs, ideally AA rosette background.

You will need to be passionate about quality food, enthusiastic, able to work and motivate a team, support the head chef in his absence with all kitchen management duties required.

* Position offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
* Working Monday to Friday.
* Straight shifts.
* Overtime available.
