Freedom Leisure has a job opportunity for 3 enthusiastic and professional casual Receptionists for Malvern Splash Leisure Complex. 

Hours: Casual

What will you be doing?

You will be part of a team of reception staff who welcome customers to the centre, deal with customer phone calls, advise customers and prospective customers on membership options to support the sales team in driving forward membership sales for Malvern Splash Leisure Complex. 

You will be responsible for:

  • dealing with customer queries
  • taking bookings for classes and activities, taking payments when necessary
  • process memberships using a computerised system
  • being the 1st Point of Contact for customers entering the Centre
  • to advise customers and actively promote the facilities, services and products available throughout freedom leisure
  • to undertake tours of the centre whenever necessary and practical

This role will be working shifts to include weekends

What are we looking for?

You will be an outgoing person who is confident talking to the public.  You will have excellent communication skills to communicate face to face, on the phone and in writing therefore you will ideally have a good standard of education including GCSE’s in English and Maths. 

You will thrive on variety and have previously held a job where you had a varied workload, you will also have previous experience customer service and dealing with customers in a face to face environment.  You will also have a polite and professional manner.
