Sales Manager - Hardwick Hall Hotel
Hardwick Hall Hotel is a four star hotel in Sedgefield, Co Durham boasting 51 bedrooms, extensive conference, wedding and banqueting facilities an award-winning Rib Room Steakhouse and Grill. As an experienced Sales Manager you will work alongside the Hotel Management team to develop the hotel business for our Hotel, responsible for maximising the hotels revenue by proactively driving the sales for conference and events.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the hotels revenue by proactively driving the sales for conference and events.
- You will visit prospective and existing corporate clients, build and maintain relationships, promoting the hotel and increasing market share of the business.
- You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of conference and bedroom agents.You will implement strategies to drive the business forward, hold regular client events and attend local and national exhibitions.
- You will work closely with the conference and reservation sales team, assisting with the training and development of new and existing staff to reach their full potential.
This is a demanding but highly rewarding job, and the successful candidate must have worked within a 4*/5* star hotel and be able to demonstrate a proven sales background in achieving results.
