Sous Chef required for this Stunning Country House Hotel in Somerset in between Bath and Bristol serving a regular 60 covers with up to 80 at the weekend in their Award winning Dining room.
This is a rare and exiting opportunity for a Sous Chef to work very closely with the seasons, using the very best locally sourced ingredients including the restaurants own kitchen gardens livestock and flock of Chickens and beehives.
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef with good all-round experience in a good Hotel or Restaurant, ideally with 2-3AA Rosette experience or Michelin background. You must be able to demonstrate a natural flair for cooking, ideally with strengths in all sections of the kitchen, and be enthusiastic and keen to help the team maintain and improve standards.
As Sous Chef you will be expected to have at least 4-5 years stable background in Hotels, Restaurants or a Great Country Inn, ideally within 2 - 3AA Rosette kitchens.
Excellent Basic Salary of up to £25,000
