NEW OPENING! Sous Chef - Epsom!
Prezzo are a leading branded restaurant company with a notably sized portfolio of quality restaurants within the UK and now Ireland.
We're very excited to be opening in the beautiful Epsom, right on the High Street and opposite the Epsom Downs Racecourse. We are looking for staff to join us as soon as possible to begin their Prezzo career in neighbouring sites before transferring to Epsom at the end of November.
We are looking for chefs who have a genuine passion for producing good quality food using the freshest ingredients. Someone who delivers day in and day out and is prepared to get stuck in and work within the team. As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in all duties, be involved with stock and rotas when the Head Chef is absent, prepare cook and present our menu to high standards every time and comply with hygiene, food safety and health and safety rules.

As a Chef you will:
- Comply with food hygiene and health and safety rules
- Prepare, cook and present our menu to the same high standard every time
- Work well under pressure as a part of the team
- Preferably have experience, although all training will be provided
- Fully eligible to work in the UK
