Banqueting Sous Chef Deluxe Country House Hotel Berkshire upto 30K plus Temporary Live in
Sous Chef required to join the banqueting team in this deluxe hotel using all fresh ingredients. Although this is a banqueting role, the emphasis is more on quality than quantity and numbers are not large.
As Banqueting Sous Chef your involvement and input is crucial to motivate the team and support the Head Chef. He is looking for somebody with at least 5 Years stable experience in busy all fresh kitchens.
As Banqueting Sous Chef you will be totally involved with the smooth running of the banqueting operation, giving menu input on a regular basis, including special event menus etc
There is temporary live in available for this position if required but would also suit anyone living in the Ascot, Bracknell, Egham, Bagshot, Chertsey, Maidenhead, Slough or Staines area with their own transport.
Excellent Basic Salary of upto £30,000 (Depending Upon Experience)
