Sous Chef York North Yorkshire upto 24k and Temporary Live In

My client is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the team in their luxury Hotel situated close to York and Harrogate. This hotel has a Brasserie, bar and spa lounge and holds regular conferences and weddings.

Our client is looking for someone with previous experience as a Sous Chef working with all fresh ingredients in a busy property.

As Sous Chef you need to have good all round skills, the ability to run sections and man-management skills.

Most importantly as a Sous Chef we are looking for a team player, someone with a real passion for cooking and with the patience to help train this into juniors.

Due to the location of this property, applicants must have their own transport. This position may suit anyone living in the Harrogate, York, Easingwold, Ripon, Topcliffe or possible Thirsk areas.
