National Account Manager- Retail Division- International Fitness Equipment Supplier
Our client is the World’s leading fitness equipment supplier, the most premium in their market with an unrivalled reputation for quality and service. They are looking for a National Accounts Manager to head up their retail/consumer sales division in the U.K.
Reporting into the International Consumer Business Director, the post holder will be responsible for formulating and delivering the consumer/retail business strategy for U.K. and Ireland based, reviewing their existing business and developing new retail channels and accounts. Managing the business P&L, forecasting, analysing data, evaluating performance and pricing strategies will all be key responsibilities. The role will also involve working closely with marketing, finance, the supply chain and managing an account manager to ensure a high level of service.
To be considered you have senior retail account management experience in a durable goods environment, selling through multiple retail channels and accounts. It would be beneficial to have health and fitness or sports product experience, but if not a demonstrable passion for health and fitness is essential. You will have managed a P&L and boast significant commercial achievements and have experience working within a multi-disciplined team. You will of course be professional, dynamic, strategic, analytical, have outstanding presentation and negotiating skills and be driven to work autonomously.
Whilst this a nationwide role and post holder will based at home for some of the week, it would be beneficial if the post holder lived in the midlands, south east or London. A full clean driving licence is essential.
