Head Pastry Chef - London
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented Pastry Head Chef to join this award winning 4* hotel located in the West End.
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
The hotel boasts several food outlets including 1AA Rosette restaurant, bar and lounge, banqueting facilities for over 200cvrs and afternoon teas. You will be responsible for a team of 4 pastry chefs, the production and service of pastry for all food outlets.
The successful candidate will have previous experience with producing quality food, ideally within 4* hotels, preferably at least 1AA Rosettes.
You will have the passion for pastry and have an eye for detail. Be creative, innovative and able to work on own initiative. Ability to work well under pressure and in sometimes pressurised conditions.
- Working usually around 50 hours, 5 days out of 7.
