Trainer /Head Therapist role leading day spa in Bahrain – exceptional potential to move into management and other areas

We are looking for a therapist who has been or had experience within senior/head therapist role with training qualifications/experience – you must have held the position within the role mentioned for 3-5 years approx.

The role would initially start with hands on within the spa on a new treatment just launched, they would be responsible for performing the treatments, overseeing the stock control with this particular product line, implementing a marketing strategy, monitoring retail sales, ensuring all retail targets are being met and ensure

Standards of training are in line with expectations and standards and protocols

The role would then move on into another direction and you potentially would move into the distribution department, they would be responsible to set up meetings with potential new clients. You would organize and be responsible for seminars, training with the new clients, assisting with creating sales targets and ensuring they meet their target (sales experience/or meeting sales targets on a consistent basis and being confident to speak with a large number of people in a seminar/event environment is very important for this role)

Basic Salary: BD 800 (USD 2128)

Housing Allowance: BD150 (USD 399) or Single Room in Company Accommodation)

Transport/Meals/Telephone Allowances: BD127 (USD 338)

Total Salary (BD800) plus allowances: BD 1077 = USD 2864

Commission: This starts at 10% of sales revenue after targets are met

Working Week: 6 Days

Holidays: 30 calendar days
