Sous Chef - Richmond
Fuller’s are a well-known brewery with an award winning fresh food offer. With iconic and characteristic pubs throughout London, we are looking for enthusiastic and talented Sous Chefs to assist Head Chefs.
You must have worked in a fresh food a la carte environment and used to organising a kitchen for a busy service. You will need to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and have a good knowledge of HACCP and allergen procedures.
Sous Chefs are a vital part of Fuller’s Kitchens and will be given all the training and development needed to progress into Head Chef positions.
