Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum

Sous Chef required for this group owned Fine dining Gastro Pub and Restaurant using all fresh ingredients serving a superb seasonally changing menu and a popular roast on Sundays

This position would suit an either a very Strong Chef de Partie or an Experienced Sous Chef looking for a fresh Challenge and the ability to join a company with real future career opportunities.  

The restaurant doesn’t have any accolades but standards are high and could be compared to a 1 – 2 rosette standard. The ideal candidate should ideally with previous experience of working in a busy Restaurant or Gastro pub using all fresh ingredients.

As Sous Chef you will be responsible the day to day running of your kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, organising prep lists, ordering supplies ensuring the hygiene records are fully maintained and the kitchen is making the correct profit and food standards are maintained.

This is a hands on role and you will be involved in service every day, part of your duties will include training and motivating your team ensuring their on-going training is completed.

This is no live in for this position so applicants need to live in the Weybridge, Woking, Egham or possibly Epsom area with access to your own transport.
