Sous Chef - Leatherhead
Location: Leatherhead Surrey
Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum plus tips
A Sous Chef is required for the busy Golf Club bar Brasserie serving a selection of quick snacks and light meals, with the opportunity to create daily specials etc.
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef with a stable background of at least 2 – 3 years. Chef de Parties with relevant experience looking for a step up may be considered.
As Sous Chef you will need to be a team player, have the patience to help train up junior chefs and have the confidence when required to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
This is a live out position and may suit someone living in the Leatherhead, Dorking, Guildford, Ripley and Cobham areas.
