Children’s Club Manager/ Deputy Manager

Managers and Deputy Managers are responsible for ensuring the children’s clubs are run to exceptionally high standards, providing motivation and support for the staff and ensuring both children and parents have a positive experience and the holiday of a lifetime.

Working on seasonal contracts, starting from March to finish in November this role ideal is for those who want to do a job they love in luxurious environments.  

You have to be able to think on your feet!  Key responsibilities include:

  • Organise and manage the Children’s programme for children aged 4 months to 13 years 
  • Manage and oversee the Teens programme 13 years -17 years 
  • Liaise with the UK office Childcare Projects Manager 
  • Work with the hotel attending weekly management meetings as required 
  • Have a flexible approach to the role and be prepared to step in where necessary

Essential Requirements

  • 3 years of post-qualified experience working with children aged 6 months to 13 years in a nursery/play environment
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent) 
  • Managerial/Supervisory experience within a childcare setting
  • Experience working alongside parents
  • Full Clean driving licence
  • Fluency in a second language (French, German or Russian) is desirable but not essential
