We are recruiting bar staff to join the team in the Leisure Bowl. The Leisure Bowl is a busy vibrant bar serving hot and cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day alongside ten pin bowling and child and adult discos in the evening.

From greeting guests and taking orders, to drink service, you will be the first point of contact for all our guests, so excellent verbal communication skills are required. As the face of Center Parcs you will make a great lasting impression and ensure that guests return to us over and over again.
Other responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant / bar area, cash handling and bar service.
You will be contracted to work 60 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each 4 week period.
Shifts typically fall between the hours of 8.00am and 1.00am and will include some weekends and public/bank holidays.
Essential requirements:
  • Due to bar service, applicants must be over 18 year's old
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both adults and children
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Ability to perform under pressure
Desirable requirements:
  • Previous experience of working within a customer facing role, ideally within a food and beverage environment
  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Service or equivalent qualification
