As Membership Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in making sure we make a success of our big plans for the future. Reporting to our Director of Consumer Fitness & Wellbeing, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team.

Taking responsibility for our national sales strategy, you will be instrumental to driving sales of corporate memberships in every region. We will also look to you to drive our sales resource strategy - from recruitment, to training, to succession planning.

Shaping the future, you will develop sales platforms and processes, and establish a central sales support team. Collaboration will be key to your success. You will work alongside digital, IT and customer relationship management teams to review our national sales IT systems. You'll also work closely with our marketing team to coordinate effective promotions and campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will already be operating at a senior leadership level, with proven and demonstrable sales success. You will have shaped strategies that have influenced significant revenue and EBITDA performance. And working in sales environment that is membership led is advantageous but not essential.
