Event Sales Executive - London
Event Sales Executive- Unique Venue- central London- up to £22.5k+ 5k bonus
Your main function would be to convert event business, work with the clients in the lead up to their events, support the site event sales manager, and convert more business.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record with strong catering and event experience in venue or event sales

- Is self-motivated with a desire to surpass targets
Your role will involve:
- Convert and manage circa 60 events per annum,
- Support the Site Events Sales Manager,
- Plan and conduct client site visits,
- Plan showcase events to aid the conversion,
- Handle incoming customer enquiries, prepare quotes and respond to demands within a timely manner.
- Invoicing and billing
- Manage event logistics prior to hand over to Operations team
- Produce precise function sheets for Operations
- Upsell and maximize revenue
- Gather client feedback on every event
- Competitor checks
- Prepare proposals in line with the companies margin requirements
- Proactively identify business to fill need periods
