Sous Chef Watford Hertfordshire Greater London upto 27.5K Plus Tips and Live in

Strong but friendly Sous Chef is required to complete the team at this is superb Hotel, Fine dining Restaurant, fast paced Brasserie and Wedding Venue

The hotel has a fast paced brasserie at lunch time and operates a fine dining restaurant in the evening.

To apply for this Sous Chef Position you will need to be able to demonstrate good people skills, be able to communicate clearly, show good Man Management skills whilst being a firm leader and be able to keep a cool head under pressure. As Sous Chef you must be capable of producing rosette standard cooking and be confident enough to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence

Our Clients are looking for somebody who genuinely loves being hands on and understands the importance of being able to inspire and motivate a team.

There is Live in available for this position if required but may also suit anyone living in the Watford, Wembley, Uxbridge, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield or Cheshunt area with their own transport.


Salary upto £27,500 (depending upon experience)
Share of Staff Tips
Live in available (£35 per week)
