Chef de Partie Rosette Halifax West Yorkshire upto 19K Plus Tips

Chef de Partie required to complete the team at this superb Award Winning Gastro Pub.

The Head Chef creates menus from a selection of all fresh local seasonal ingredients including some from their own kitchen garden.

To apply for this Chef de Partie position you will need to have previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, ideally in Rosette standard kitchens, although this is not essential if you can demonstrate a high level of cooking and presentation skills.

As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team and will be given a wide variety of tasks to complete including daily prep and ensuring that your section is clean organised and ready for service. You will primarily be running the Starter and helping with the dessert section but the Owner and Sous Chef are keen to train up somebody on the mains as well

Unfortunately there is no live in available for this position so applicants must live in the Halifax, Bradford, Birstall, Dewsbury  or possibly Leeds area with their own transport


Excellent Basic Salary of upto £19,000 (depending upon experience)
