Pastry Sous Chef - One of Londons Best Loved Establishments - Buzzing High-End Area - Salary up to £32k

We are looking for a talented and established Pastry Sous Chef to join the ranks of this Establishment within Central London. Although my client would look at taking on a a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.

As an integral part of the brigade, the Pastry Sous Chef will will have a good understanding of all Health and safety legislation, experience in multi outlet establishments producing food to a 5* standard.

As well as this the opportunity to work under an amazing head chef, there is plenty of room for the Pastry Sous Chef to move and grow within the group.

You will get a range of benefits including;

- 6/7 shifts per week over 5 days, working 48 hours

- up to £32k

- up to £4k bonus
