Chef de Partie St Ives Cornwall upto 19.5K Plus Tips

Chef de Partie is required for this well established Coastal Restaurant that has a well-deserved reputation for full flavour cooking from amazing all fresh local ingredients

This is a great opportunity for a chef to develop their CV and demonstrate the ability to produce simple but full flavour cooking with a small team of 6. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in food and a great personality to share their passion, the ability to keep calm and work well under pressure and encourage the best from rest of the team.

As Chef de Partie you will be working alongside a team assisting with daily prep and you will be responsible for ensuring your section is clean organised and ready for service

There is no live in for this position so candidates will need to live in either the St Ives, Camborne, Hayle or Penzance area with their own transport if required


Basic salary of £18,000 - £19,500 (depending upon experience)
