Pastry Chef de Partie Stamford Lincolnshire upto 20K Plus Tips

Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at this town centre Hotel and Restaurant with a superb all fresh relaxed  modern brasserie with some Fine Dining, private dining and special event catering and is also a popular wedding venue.

The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to run the pastry section producing a good selection of desserts for the restaurant and functions

The Head Chef is ideally looking at somebody that has previously worked in the pastry section for a good period of time but he would also consider a Chef de Partie keen develop their pastry skills further to become a pastry chef.

You will be given plenty of opportunity to create and develop your own ideas, while working closely with the Head and Sous Chef to develop existing menus which include a range of restaurant and function style desserts as well as Sunday lunch style puddings etc.

There is no live in available so candidates will need to live in the Stamford, Peterborough, Bourne, Oakham, Grantham or possibly the Corby area with their own transport if required


Salary £18,500 - £20,000 (Depending upon experience)
