This Busy Country House Hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team serving a good mix of weddings, mid-week corporate, private dining, Brasserie Food & Superb Fine Dining for their 2 rosette restaurant.
The Head Chef is looking for an Industry professional capable of leading a team whilst producing good quality food and coping with the demands of a busy kitchen. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and train and inspire junior Chefs.
We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef who is passionate in what they do, keen to surpass customer expectations on a daily basis and keen to develop new skills.
This position may suit a Strong Chef de Partie with relevant experience looking for a step up. Rosette experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with a strong background in all fresh hotels.
Live in is available if required or this position may suit someone living in the Wetherby, Leeds, Harrogate and Otley areas with their own transport.
Excellent basic salary upto £23,000 (depending upon experience)
