Head Chef Wolverhampton West Midlands upto 35K Plus Tips and Live In

Head Chef required for this superb new opening High End Grill Restaurant and Bar, located close to Wolverhampton.

This position would suit somebody looking for a fresh challenge ideally with previous experience of working in a fast paced environment, cooking with all fresh ingredients ideally with some experience of Char grill cooking but this is not essential

As Head Chef you will be responsible the day to day running of your kitchen and everything that goes with that from organising rotas, organising prep lists, ordering supplies ensuring the hygiene records are fully maintained and the kitchen is making the correct profit and food standards are maintained.

The owner is keen to find the right head chef, somebody who is a team player and who is keen to further develop menu ideas to create a destination restaurant

This is a hands-on role and you will be involved in service every day, part of your duties will include training and motivating your team ensuring their on-going training is completed.

Live in is available if required but would also suit anyone living in the in the Wolverhampton, Stafford, Cannock, Telford, Lichfield, Uttoxeter or possibly Stoke on Trent area with their own transport if required
