Junior Sous Chef Two Rosette Dorking Surrey Upto 25k plus Tips

Junior Sous Chef is required to join this boutique hotel in Dorking which caters for midweek corporate, weekend leisure and regular weddings.

This exciting role is mainly based in their award winning restaurant so you will have the opportunity to cook some fantastic dishes as they push on for more rosettes. Some banqueting work may be required on occasion.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with all fresh ingredients in a rosette standard property. The Head Chef may consider a strong Chef de Partie looking for a step up.

As Junior Sous Chef you need to have good all round skills, the ability to run sections and good man-management skills.

Most importantly as a Junior Sous Chef we are looking for a team player, someone with a real passion for cooking and with the patience to help train this into juniors.

This is a live out position so it may suit anyone living in the Dorking, Leatherhead, Guildford, Woking, Weybridge, Epsom and Reigate areas.
