Hospitality Senior Sous Chef


Salary: £28K – £32K DOE

Monday to Friday

My client is a quality contract caterer and is seeking the skills of a talented Hospitality Senior Sous Chef with a stable background to work within this prestigious client site catering for the hospitality side of the business.

The operation offers the full spectrum of top end hospitality from working lunches right up to Fine Dining.

You will be joining a fantastic, talented team in an amazing kitchen and will need good business sense and leadership skills.

This role offers a very unique opportunity to be involved in top of the range B&I catering at a senior level. You will be site based but will be involved with the estate across the UK.

We are really looking for a chef who is keen to push the standards to the highest they can be, whether working on a Fine Dining menu or a canapé event.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Must be well presented as you will be customer facing at all times and have previous experience in fine dining restaurants or blue chip client dining at senior level.
  • Will be solely responsible for the hospitality offering on site as well as the very high end directors dining on a daily basis.
  • Menus, costings, stock control and client liaison will all fall under your remit.
  • Need to be happy working singlehandedly and when larger events are booked you will also manage a bigger team within the kitchen.

The roll will be Monday to Friday with some evening work included
