We are looking for Assistant Managers to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings.

The Business

The Iron Horse has an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Manager. If you have great leadership skills and a positive can do attitude, we would be very interested in speaking to you.

The Iron Horse is a newly built Hungry Horse pub, which opened in May 2014, located in Thornton Cleveleys area. It is decorated and designed to be vibrant, fun and funky to match the relaxed atmosphere of these venues. Our restaurant is well laid out for family dining with fantastic new booth seating with TV's in them plus our over 18's bar area to ensure everyone enjoys their visit with us.

We are situated close to a new housing estate and the Haven Cala Gran holiday park which this is ideal for families and locals to dine or just to simply enjoy a drink. Our daily food deals and drinks offers give great value and choice for every occasion.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to support the manager in the effective running of the business, leading, motivating and inspiring the team whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
