Chef de Partie 2 Rosettes Edgware London Upto 20k plus benefits – overtime paid

Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie for this busy and popular Luxury Hotel located in North London.

The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a rosette property, although an all fresh history may be considered for the right candidate. The Head Chef may also consider an experienced Demi Chef de Partie with relevant experience looking for a step up.

Most importantly we are looking for someone who is resilient, able to work in a fast paced environment, who works well from their own initiative as well as responds to clear instructions.

As Chef de Partie you will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication and the ability to work under pressure to deliver exceptional food.

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervise Commis and Demi chefs. Depending on your experiences, you will be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas.

This position is located close to the Northern line or parking is available.
