Our eight restaurants play a large part in driving the success and culture of Fortnum’s and we now have a rare opportunity for an Operations Manager to lead our restaurants to continue in being the best they can.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in either a high end hotel or restaurant.
As Operations Manager you will actively be able to demonstrate a proven track record in achieving and exceeding departmental goals and objectives, driving revenue and leading your teams.
You will have the ability to demonstrate acute financial awareness, be passionate, detail-oriented and result driven with ability to make sound business decisions.
You will have experienced a fast paced and rapidly changing environment and have the ability to respond quickly to changing market conditions and lead the teams in unexpected situations.
