We are currently looking for a Sous Chef who enjoys the buzz of a lively environment and being exposed to the customers while completing your daily tasks. Given the environment, candidates will need to have a high level of communication and be extremely well presented.

Working closely with the Head Chef this role will see the chosen candidate leading a small team to produce high quality hot and cold dishes, using only the finest ingredients from the British Isles. You will also be responsible for stock ordering, rotation and other administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will ideally have spent over two years in a similar establishment, have at their food & Safety certificate up-to-date, be extremely passionate about luxury food products and have the drive to succeed in a sometimes demanding environment.
