Venue Manager- Walkabout Brighton

The role

As a Venue Manager with Walkabout some of your key tasks will be:

  • Driving engagement of your team
  • Developing and deliver the venue business plan
  • Ensuring the venue adheres to all licensing and Health & Safety requirements
  • Promoting the development of the people within your team
  • Thinking of new and innovative ways to drive additional revenue at the venue
  • Ensuring the delivery of the Company brand standards within the business
  • Being responsible for cashand stock controls within the business
  • Managing employee performance
  • Delivering the values of Fun, Diversity and Citizenship within all you do


We are looking for a strong Venue Manager who has a great eye for standards and is a excellent sales driver to lead the team at what was Walkabout's first acquisition venue of 2015!
