Sous Chef - Chiswick
We have a beautiful open theatre style kitchen that serves food from 9am–10.30pm, seven days a week, with an all day dining menu that is prepared fresh from scratch on site. We have a ground floor open kitchen so chefs are at the heart of the business.
If you are an experienced Sous Chef with a minimum of 1 year experience in your current position, we would like to hear from you. All chefs must be willing to work, mornings, split shifts, nights and weekends. We pay £29,000-£32,500 package per annum depending on experience. 28 days holiday per year paid pro rata.
You will be able to manage a team, work all sections, use fourth hospitality, previous experience with online ordering systems & invoicing procedures, stock take and daily due diligence paperwork All training and coaching provided internally where necessary.
We currently have sites in Belgravia, Clapham and Richmond with further sites in the pipeline for 2016. We will look to promote internally with the right candidates if you are interested in progressing your career with us.
