Location: Arundel, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £20,000 per annum plus tips
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a creative and passionate Chef de Partie to work alongside the Chef Patron in his recently opened Restaurant as he builds up the business and pushes for accolades.
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie who has previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients and has ideally trained to at least NVQ level 2 although this is not essential if you can demonstrate good cooking skills and you have the right attitude to improve and be developed.
All menu items are fresh, created from fresh local (where possible), seasonal ingredients serving 3 Course Lunch Menu with Evening fine dining menu alongside 8 Course tasting Menus in the private dining room
There is no Live in available so the position would ideally suit anyone living in the Arundel, Little Hampton, Worthing, Chichester or Possibly Bognor Regis area with their own transport
