Chef de Partie - 2 Rosette

Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire

Salary: Up to £18,000 per annum plus tips and live in

Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to complete the team at this beautiful Country House Hotel located close to Stratford upon Avon.

The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients and ideally in rosette standard Kitchens. Some banqueting / function experience would be beneficial but the most important asset that the chef is looking for is a great personality, ambition and willingness to learn.

As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team ensuring that all daily tasks and prep is completed. As Chef de Partie you will also be supervising Commis and/or Demi Chefs, leading a team and organising small events. This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to take on more responsibility. Demi Chefs with relevant experience may be considered.

Live in is available if required but it may also suit anyone living in the Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Banbury, Evesham or Moreton-in-marsh areas with their own transport.
