A Sous Chef is now required for a large hotel whom we work closely with located in the Bournemouth area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking experience in volume but at an exceptionally high standard. This is an award winning venue with a 5* Pedigree. Not only 5* they also offer a 3AA Rosette service.

We are looking for someone able to handle a large volume operation with a fine dining background in the absence of the Head and Senior Sous. The position would suit a Snr CDP or Junior Sous with experience who is looking to develop within a luxury brand.

Key aspects of this role will be operational ensuring that your brigade have full control of each section and that timing and progress of service are accounted for but more than that we'll be looking for a candidate who can train, motivate and who wants to help ensure costs are maintained, health and safety adhered to and whom can remain focused on presentation, taste and guest service.
