The ideal person will be hard working, passionate and able to work to the high standards set by Busaba. It is essential that you have previous Sous Chef or Head Chef experience with responsibility for managing food safety and H&S requirements, managing food quality and the speed of service, cooking to spec, and managing (and working as part of) a kitchen team during and outside busy service times. You will have experience of stock, waste and labour control as well as managing compliance to various standards. Aspirations to develop a career in a professional, award-winning, fresh food kitchen operation.
