We are recruiting for Bar & Waiting Team Members to join our busy restaurants. Your day to day duties will include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, bar service, cash handling and maintaining a clean working environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. As the face of Center Parcs, you will ensure our guests leave satisfied by serving them in an efficient yet professional manner, actively seeking out opportunities to exceed their expectations.
The following contracts are available:
  • 32 hours per 4 week period, working 12 Noon until 4pm, 2 days out of 7 on a rota basis
  • 64 hours per 4 week period, working 5pm until Midnight, 3 days out of 7 on a rota basis
  • 150 hours per 4 week period, working either 8am until 4pm or 4pm until Midnight, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shift are on a rota basis which will include early and late shifts as well as some weekends and public/bank holidays.
Essential requirements:
  • Due to serving on the bar, applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
Desirable requirements:
  • Previous bar experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
