Sous Chef

Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum plus live In

Sous Chef required for this superb hotel with Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Banqueting Suites.

Standards are high with the restaurant operating at 2 rosette level  but gaining accolades is not currently an aim of the hotel. This is a busy property and will cater for 3 – 5 weddings per week.

As Sous Chef you will be working alongside the Head Chef and the Senior Sous Chef who both have a strong 2 Rosette background.

The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef with previous experience of working in busy, all fresh kitchens, somebody who is a good communicator and can keep a cool head during service.

This could be an excellent role for somebody looking to get into a bigger kitchen to develop their cooking and management skills further

Live in is available for this position if required or it may suit somebody who lives in the Stamford, Leicester, Oakham, Melton Mowbray or Corby area with their own transport


  • Basic salary of upto £27,000 (depending upon experience)
