This superb County House Hotel is looking for a Head Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry team of 4 in its new build state of the art kitchen.

The Head Chef is looking for a talented Head Pastry Chef capable of producing all desserts and pastry items for the busy function suites serving regular weddings and events from 120 – 300, afternoon teas for upto 60 guests and 40 – 60 cover fine dining restaurant

The Head Chef has a real passion for pastry and is looking for somebody that he can work with and develop menus with, initially working closely together to develop mutual understanding and respect then taking full control of the section.

Previous experience of cooking in a busy and high end hotel is essential, somebody from a strong 2 rosette background would be considered but previous 3 Rosette and Michelin background would be preferred

Live in is available if required this would allow anyone wishing to relocate, the position would also suit anyone living in the Corby, Market Harborough, Kettering, Stamford, Leicester or possibly Rugby area with their own transport if required.
