With great gaming, friendly staff, fully branded menu, a late night bar, large screen TVs; we offer our Customers everything they need for an incredible night out. We would like enthusiastic Chefs to join our team, dedicated to our mission to excite and entertain customers from all walks of life.
As a Commis Chef your key requirements are:
~To provide an appropriate and proactive level of service to meet the needs of the catering department and customer requirements
~To assist in the general preparation and the service of a fully branded menu to specification
~To be familiar with all kitchen equipment, including knife usage and safety
~To maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic working area
~To ensure storage and dating / stock rotation is in line with Company procedures and policies
The ideal candidate will:
~Have a strong focus on customer service & teamwork
~Have attained a comprehensive foundation of knowledge and practical skills in relation to food production and service within a commercial enterprise
~Be flexible with regards to shift times and willing and able to work night shifts and weekends
~Possess strong communication skills
~Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have proof of right to work in the UK
