Sous Chef - Scunthorpe

Our client is looking for a Sous Chef to lead the team at this busy Hotel and Leisure complex located close to Scunthorpe. The property has multiple outlets including a fast paced restaurant serving rosette standard food and busy weddings and events.
As Sous Chef it is imperative that you bond well with the existing team, work well as a team player and possess a great sense of humour.
You will oversee multiple kitchens and ensure the smooth running of the operations, providing support and guidance for the junior members of the team.
Ideal applicants will have a similar background in 3 or 4 Star Hotels as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above. Rosette experience would be an advantage but not essential for the right candidate with the right attitude.
This is a live out position and would suit anyone living in the Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Doncaster, Market Rasen, Gainsborough or Hull areas.
Basic salary upto £22,000 (depending on experience)
